What is a lapel pin
A lapel pin is a small pin with a totem or image on it, substantially made of essence ( Sword, Citation, or Zinc Alloy), worn on apparel, generally on the lapel of a jacket, or attached to a pack, a chapeau, and a academy bag.
Usage
1. Lapel pins can indicate cooperation with an association, company, or academy.
2. Lapel pins are giveaway gifts, marketable associations use them for marketing creation.

Construction ( frontal side)
The pin's external shape and inner pattern are made out by bones casting or punch and stamping technology. For the coloring, six technologies are applied as below,
1. Hard enamel, occasionally called reproduction Cloisonné, it with rich colors and a smooth, polished texture.
2. Hard enamel is raised essence separate areas of colors. You can feel the up and down with your cutlet over the face.
3. Photo pate begins with picture paper and sticks it on the essence pin base. Also carpeted with an library paste pate that protects the art from wear.
4. Silkscreen printing is a coloring process by applying each color to the essence base.
5. Neutralize printing is a coloring process by applying CMYK colors to the essence base. It uses for a complicated patterns.
6. UV printing is a coloring process by publishing colors to the essence base by UV digital printer.
Construction (backside)
The attachment on the backside of a lapel pin holds the leg in place, five attachments are available as below,
1. Butterfly clutch is the most popular system to hold pins. A small point is on the reverse of the pin and a butterfly clutch is squeezed with it.
2. Jewelry clutch is a simple but elegant design. The clutch locks into place when it covers the point.
3. Safety grasp is analogous to a safety pin in the design. A long pin point tucks under a small hook to attach the pin in place.
4. Glamorous grasp is a brace of attractions. One is free, another is attached to the reverse of the pin. it could help hole perforations in apparel.
5. Screw and nut is the most secure attachment. It could hold the pin forcefully.
