Operation process
(1) Between the aluminum admixture frame system and the structure structure, according to the shape, size and delineation conditions of the glass curtain wall, the connection fixed type is set. (2) Install and stand. The joint should be a movable joint to meet the deformation conditions of the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the column.

(3) Install shafts. Firstly, the elevation position of each shaft on the square column is determined. Aluminum Angle with viscosity no lower than 3 mm is used to connect shaft and column, and elastic rubber pad is set at the contact between shaft and column. The perpendicular elevation divagation of the two conterminous shafts shall not exceed 1 mm. The elevation divagation of the shaft on the same bottom, when the range of curtain wall is lower than or equal to 35m, its height shall not exceed 5 mm; Curtain wall range is further than 35m, curtain wall is not further than 7 mm, the shaft on the same bottom should be installed from the bottom up. When installing a height shaft, check, adjust and correct it before fixing it.
( 4) Glass installation should be determined according to the specific type ofcurtainwall.However, one side of the coated glass should face inward, If the curtain wall glass is coated glass.
Retired frame curtain wall glass
the glass of retired curtain wall is a glass unit composed of silicon cement and aluminum admixture frame. Glass processing is generally carried out in the factory through a special cement machine.
